Your reservation is confirmed by the Resort via "Confirmation letter" when the payment for the first three days is made for each seven days reserved.
The Resort declines requests for reservations for less than three days.
Cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your reservation, the cancellation must be made at least 30 days prior to your check-in date to obtain a full refund. The deposit for cancellations made 30 days or less prior to your check-in date is not refundable.
The payment of the entire period of stay will be requested at the check-in time less the deposit paid at the reservation time.
Our check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM and a $200 refundable security deposit is required.
The Resort applies a $8.00/day plus tax per unit covering: a safe box in the unit, the parking, the laundry facilities, the pool and beach equipments, utilization of the SPA, the fitness center, the Internet Room, the access to the Golden Club which includes a Library, domestic and international newspapers.
The Resort accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express debit and credit cards. Payments by check are not accepted.
The Resort does not provide residents with a cleaning service. If a cleaning service is requested daily, the Resort will applie a nominal fee.
Pets are not allowed.
